~ The Kite and the String

Passive resistance with the truth of prana in the parable, The Kite and the String, and other thoughts.

The human matrix of mind, body, heart, soul and spirit can be broken in ways that seem, at times, unsurmountable. Those who have dealt with trauma-recovery, know of the importance to accept what is, be with it, and let go.

The struggle to control and hold on can extend the pain, the hurt and the healing process. Soul work helps emotional and psychological mending.

To be disaffected is impossible in our current world of high level of information flow. Navigating with an empowered energy moderation system is paramount to keeping the boat, afloat, metaphorically speaking.

A Parable

I am sitting around counting the threshold
Of the bonds of the heart
Some that slipped through my hands
And some that are about to
Those we have lost have become stories, now
And we spend our time narrating and hearing them

But those we are about to lose
Right now, they are like
When your kite gets nicked
And some other kid gets hold of your thread
He stands at the other end, and waits
And he doesn’t break that bond
Nor let it go
And instead of feeling remorse for your kite
You are too busy trying to save the thread

The stress of both relations
Can be seen on the thread
According to kite-flyers
Whoever breaks the bond first
Ends up with the less string in his hand

Your patience is tested
Because its about emerging, as the hero
Of your story.
If he breaks the bond first
Then the story is yours
And you are the hero.
But, if you lose patience
Then, for the rest of your life
you will be
the villain in the story.

Living with Prana

the world soul or cosmic soul
remember it is immortal and eternal, patient
it is not form
it is not the body, or the string or the kite
it is inner Self, your personal essence
the primary life force energy (prana)
within people, animals and plants

The place to improve the world is first in one’s own heart and head and hands, and then work outward from there
~ Pirsig

The individual soul
is of the same reality as the world soul
with no distinction
between each and this ultimate divine reality.

At our deepest selves
we are divine.

Yet this is hidden at times,
or covered over by hatred, envy, fear or other negative things.

So, with with mindful patience
we get closer
to pure consciousness
with the patience of passive resistance.

At the center of nonviolence stands the principle of love.
~ Martin Luther King, Jr.

When we have a patient open-mind, we better recognize this essence we share circulating within lived experiences.
