the 7 keys

In this section we look at the 7 Keys empowering the art of being authentic. On that page, I discuss the 15 ‘steps”, which includes the 7 Keys, the-5 part-Matrix and the 3-part-Art.; Yet, this is not a linear journey, We walk the ‘steps’ along a helix, labyrinth, meditation circle or matrix. It is a continually evolving, enlightening journey through the human condition.

The 7 keys. or tools open the door to more confident awareness and realization of holistic health. In the book review, Samadhi, I discuss how these 7 keys correspond with the ‘principle of seven‘. A philosophy including 7 phases of manifestation present in everything, including light. sound, and the 7 chakras–energy centres in the human body.

on consciousness and meditation/ 7th chakra

From a state of pure consciousness where you are in the moment, phenomenally, qualitatively in a state or experience and feel/know there is something it’s like for you to be in.

on core values/awareness/third eye/6th chakra

Values are the principles or standards of behaviour; your judgment of what is important in life.

on confident voices/throat area of body/5th chakra

To be mentally healthy, we need to become increasingly aware of our strengths, identity, core values and options for self-determination. This works in tandem with slowly freeing ourselves from the tethers of oppression and mentally unhealthy environments. As you build up an inner fortitude, your empathetic awareness of what does or doesn’t feel right resonates more clearly from the core of your being.

on intentions and a growth mindset/love/healing/4th heart chakra

Being is free thinker is empowered when we are more aware of reality and the energy flow, through our bodies. With right intentions and free will, we clear the flow through the funnel area of the heart. This increases holistic health as the lower chakras (root, sacral, solar plexus) are more in tune with the higher chakras (throat, third eye, crown).

on world views/wisdom/solar plexus area of body/3rd chakra

Also known as the Weltanschauung, your world views is your particular philosophy of life. This includes your core values but moves us out into the collective, cultural, environmental realms.

intentionality, on the other hand, is a mental state that represents a commitment to carrying out an action or actions in the future. Beliefs, thoughts, and desires are examples of intentional states. They are always about something–propositional attitudes.

on creativity/sacral area of body/2nd chakra

The art matrix is essentially a creative entity, as both the object to be created and as the subject moving forward with a creative, aesthetic, growth mindset.

on nature/ 1st chakra

We are rooted in the natural world. This is the place from which to build a solid foundation. It is the root of trust.

Ecological and environmental concerns and habitats are primary in meditations and the intentional creation of core values, world views and holistic well-being. We can then, better, speak out about important individual and collective issues with confident, well-rounded, compassionate voices.

The human being is a mystery.

The Art of Being Authentic philosophy is designed to integrate essential empowering tools to engage a fulfilling, mentally healthy existence. It depends greatly on your intentions and having a growth mindset. This is a strategy or plan you consciously set-out as you move towards a future moment.

By carefully selecting your choice of tools for empowerment and balancing your matrix, you fuse your powers together in tune to your genuine gifts. In the alembic of impassioned imagination, we give strength to soulful and mindful abstractions, making them real. Whipple writes of a gate of steel, fronting the sun, receives and renders back, his figure and his heat.

fear not, the archaeological dig

With these tools we holistically engage ‘archaeological digs’ to uncover and live according to the truths of our most authentic selves.

Honesty, humility, respect, love, wisdom, consensus, balance, non-interference and courage are important values to consider from an individual and group perspective.

When we find our values and act accordingly, it just feels right. Empathetically and intuitively, it feels natural as opposed to standards imposed upon us by others. These are the best ethics guides ~ the ones that are most instinctively applied.

on positive liberty

With positive liberty, you take authority over determining how you value yourself. Healthy life choices need to be closely aligned to our quest into positive freedom.

According to Kant, in positive liberty, each of us can assume a position of autonomy in the determination of the course of our thoughts, emotional well-being and actions. In contrast, if you are trying to gain a personal esteem, identity, core values or self-worth from some external valuation, that would be called negative liberty.

on healthy energy creation, perception and reception

From an equanimous foundation, we start to radiate positive energy rather than negative energy derived from self-doubt, imposed shame or fear of rejection. We accept that struggle is inherent in life. But, the feelings that we are alone or unworthy create unhealthy lives. From the standpoint of inherent value in just being, the things that affect you are mindfully observed and let go if they are not in line with your holistic well-being.

When we take more time to pause and reflect, unhealthy energy from within and around is less debilitating. With insightful contemplation we work through acceptance and release, reflections and initiations, and transformations or enlightenments.

on being responsive, not reactive

Use these empowering tools to create strong foundations. Create and activate your life-force so when challenged, you can be mindfully responsive rather than blindly reactive. Heighten your awareness of your matrix and be prepared to engage authentically, compassionately and mindfully.

on healing the parts and balancing the whole

Finding the connections in the parts of the matrix is better enabled through understanding the parts and creating a meaning whole. Philosophy, spirituality and psychology can expand wholeness, balance and cohesive connections within and with the world around.
