A Vagabond Collection Post
a Rubaiyat poem
Just as philosophy begins with doubt, so also, a life that may be called human, begins with irony— Kierkegaard
Still, flaxen lives, tend to engender same
Where poppy passions, enliven the game
Nature’s wild energy in coastline fields
Brings change to apathy, borders and shame.
Soothing balm of diversifications
Indigo, sable imaginations
Rise up allegro with bright compassion
Shooting in doubt harks grave implications.
Between the action and the intention
Tune tone and movement with sharp attention
As ironic life rights, we shed our skins
Seeds for soul, grow with shared contemplation.
